A newly returned resident of Kingston, Erin Milliken, will display some of her body of "couples" paintings, a palatably imperfect, playful and sensitive collection on display from January through to mid-February. In a culture that can be oppressively isolating, Erin strives to remind people of their humanity and of the complex beauty of relationships and communication. These colourful and accessible water colour and acrylic paintings will be the starting point for her talk.
